Job Summary

Leading the transformation of business through innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Principal Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI will design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI applications while driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects and collaborating with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with operational needs and engineering best practices
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, utilizing prompt engineering, data versioning, and systematic experimentation to optimize performance
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS, focusing on cloud resource management and compliance while promoting MLOps best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field, with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack application deployment
• Proven experience in designing and shipping production Generative AI applications with strong skills in prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks
• Expertise in full-stack development technologies, including Python, TypeScript, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, and infrastructure as code
• Strong background in data science and machine learning techniques, with a focus on fairness in AI development and empirical evaluation methodologies
