Key Responsibilities

• Define and approve enterprise architecture and technical standards for data streaming and event-driven integration
• Establish best practices for Kafka and Striim implementation, ensuring operational readiness and reliability
• Lead architectural design and approval of large-scale streaming solutions across multiple platforms and domains

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of software or data engineering experience with increasing technical leadership
• Deep expertise with Kafka and Striim in production environments
• Extensive experience designing CDC and streaming integrations with various databases
• Expert understanding of distributed systems and event-driven design patterns
