Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Database Developer to lead the transformation of clinical data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on redesigning database development workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for database lifecycle processes
• Ensure database systems meet regulatory requirements and support audit readiness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical database programming, including leadership roles
• Proven expertise in process development and SOP writing
• Strong knowledge of database architecture and EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
