Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Deal Review Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, and governance
• Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, managing approval workflows for compliant transactions
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms and operational impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, or related roles within a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models
• Proven experience in financial modeling and deal evaluation
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions including Sales, Finance, and Legal
