Principal Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Principal Delivery Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on cultivating high-performing teams, driving delivery excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients while managing complex projects and leveraging Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large programs or multiple small programs, managing complex and high-profile projects as needed
• Consult on delivery strategies and drive agile and product delivery methods to solve complex delivery issues
• Oversee project planning, budget management, risk management, and client partnerships to ensure successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs, with at least 5 years in an agency or consultancy setting
• Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformations and complex multi-disciplinary projects
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
• Strong financial acumen for estimating and optimizing project profitability
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders
