Principal Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the Partner Enablement team, the full-time Principal Delivery Manager will provide domain expertise, mentor team members, and collaborate with partners to ensure successful implementations of OneStream solutions while working remotely from Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead customer design sessions and assist partners in preparing for design workshops
• Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during project milestones
• Mentor junior staff and promote OneStream's engagement methodology and core values

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant CPM work experience, including 5+ years of OneStream experience
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in databases (e.g., Oracle, Essbase) and Microsoft Office products
• Experience in providing design document reviews and app health checks for clients
