Principal Design Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Design Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy an innovative framework for automating the silicon design flow
• Collaborate with the silicon design team to enhance the hardware code base for dynamic scaling and feature management
• Engage with software teams to streamline co-development through configuration-specific collateral

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in ASIC/FPGA design, verification, or EDA/CAD
• Proven software design experience, including hardware modeling and applications development
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or PERL
• Experience with physical design methodologies and flows is a plus
