Principal Design Lead
Job Summary
To shape a more connected and intuitive experience across B2B enterprise web and mobile products, the full-time Principal Design Lead will define UX direction, simplify customer journeys, and lead design initiatives while working remotely or from assigned offices in Atlanta, GA, or Brentwood, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Defining and leading a cohesive UX vision across web and mobile products, connecting complex experiences
- Owning hands-on design work for high-impact initiatives, from concept through detailed interaction design and validation
- Leading the architecture and governance of the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products across web and mobile
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled product experiences
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify patterns and create scalable solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
