Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI ways of working roadmap for Design, integrating AI into core workflows
• Build cross-functional AI workflows with PM Ops and Eng Ops to enhance collaboration
• Instrument and track progress on the design team's AI journey, using data to drive decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or a systems-focused operations role
• Strong foundation in design operations or systems thinking
• Genuine technical fluency with AI tools and their impact on design practice
• Proven experience in driving large-scale behavior change initiatives
• Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills to synthesize information across a distributed organization
