Principal Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Designer in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product designers
• Develop and implement a comprehensive product design strategy aligned with the company's electric vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior and innovative product designs

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience
• High performing prototyping abilities (e.g. Figma, Protopie or similar)
• Proven experience in a senior product design role, preferably within automotive, SAAS business, or tech industries
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams
• Exceptional understanding of the product design process with a portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities
