Principal Designer, Brand Systems

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of design systems, the full-time remote Principal Designer, Brand Systems will shape Edmentum's brand guidelines and visual identity while creating scalable web experiences and marketing assets across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and evolution of design systems and Figma component libraries
• Shape and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity for consistent brand representation
• Design scalable web experiences, templates, and UI solutions, while collaborating across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, creative marketing, design systems, and UX/UI design
• Expertise in Figma, including libraries, components, and design systems governance
• Strong command of Atomic Design, responsive design, and user experience principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, with motion graphics experience
