Principal Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Developer to guide technical direction and contribute to architectural decisions in their Exposure Management product area.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and contribute to platform architectural strategy across multiple teams
• Participate in system design decisions and provide architectural feedback to accelerate delivery
• Elevate engineers through mentoring, code review, and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with significant experience in SaaS platforms
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
• Strong experience with two or more programming languages: Rust, Go, Python
• Demonstrated track record of elevating engineering teams through mentoring and improving practices
