Job Summary

Guiding technical direction and contributing to architectural strategy, the full-time Principal Developer - Exposure Management will mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, and enhance platform quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Help guide technical direction and contribute to platform architectural strategy across multiple teams
• Participate in system design decisions and review detailed designs to provide architectural feedback
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within empowered product teams to balance value, usability, and feasibility

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant experience developing and operating SaaS platforms
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
• Strong experience with two or more programming languages: Rust, Go, Python
• Proven track record of elevating engineering teams through mentoring and improving team practices
