Principal Developer Experience Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Developer Experience Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the effective use of AI in the software development lifecycle and define best practices
• Implement and manage a strong technical onboarding program for developers and refine the software development lifecycle
• Own quality management tools and partner with engineering teams to enhance code quality and review practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with Ruby and Go
• Experience with Cursor IDE is required
• Proven success in implementing AI-driven engineering practices
• Strong product mindset with experience in leading transformational projects
• CS background preferred; teaching/training experience is a plus
