Principal Developer Experience Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the modernization of the CI/CD portion of the internal developer platform, the full-time Principal Developer Experience Engineer will focus on migrating approximately 30,000 pipelines to GitHub Actions, establishing governance, and creating reusable workflows while driving adoption and measurable outcomes within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate an agentic migration system to GitHub Actions, including automation for PR creation and migration tracking
• Define and establish governance for GitHub Actions at the enterprise level while maintaining reusable workflows and best practices for Artifactory
• Drive internal enablement and adoption of CI/CD practices, measuring reliability and developer satisfaction to iterate on improvements

Required qualifications

• Practical experience building LLM/agentic AI systems with a focus on correctness and evaluation
• Senior-level experience in building production-quality systems or internal developer platforms
• Expertise in CI/CD, including pipeline design and migration planning
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and enterprise governance considerations
• Experience with artifact repositories, preferably JFrog Artifactory
