Principal Developer Relations Engineer

Job Summary

As a senior technical leader, the full-time remote Principal Developer Relations Engineer will enable developers and partners on the Workday platform, focusing on AI-driven development workflows and ensuring effective communication across diverse communities.

Key responsibilities

• Enable Forward Deployed Engineers on existing and emerging Developer Platform capabilities, particularly AI features
• Run and support Early Adopter programs, coordinating with various teams to ensure effective product testing and feedback
• Build and curate high-quality technical samples and content to showcase platform capabilities and support developer engagement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developer relations, technical consulting, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools in developer workflows
• Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple groups and develop effective communication strategies
• Strong analytical skills with a forward-looking perspective on the developer ecosystem
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating technical content and presentations
