Principal Developer, Visualizations

Job Summary

To support the development of impactful analytics solutions, the full-time Principal Developer, Visualizations will design and lead the delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI, while working remotely to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable analytics solutions from data ingestion through to visualization in Power BI
• Develop and optimize SQL transformations and robust data models to support enterprise-level analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure data quality and governance throughout the analytics lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in developing end-to-end analytics solutions, including data modeling and visualization
• 5+ years of experience in SQL, focusing on complex query development and performance optimization
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and semantic modeling
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, particularly in designing scalable data models
