Principal DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to manage build systems and development tooling in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain build and deployment systems across a multi-repo, multi-language codebase
• Add efficiency and security to release processes through automation and integration of compliance workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable and developer-friendly tooling

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in build engineering, CI/CD, or DevOps roles
• Experience managing complex builds across multiple languages and platforms
• Deep understanding of Linux-based development environments
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, Docker, and vulnerability assessment
• A college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
