Principal DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead its infrastructure and platform engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement infrastructure strategy in partnership with the CTO
• Lead and grow the Infrastructure team, ensuring production systems meet availability and performance requirements
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE roles
• Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases at production scale
• Proven track record of maintaining high-availability production systems
