Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in cloud-native environments
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-quarter, cross-team technical initiatives
• 8+ years of experience designing and operating microservices-based systems
• Deep hands-on experience in Kubernetes, public cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and production operations
