Principal DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Principal DevOps Engineer to lead technical execution of platform initiatives, improve reliability and operational practices, and enhance developer experience in a full-time remote position based in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Architects to implement platform strategy and lead technical design across serverless and Kubernetes environments
- Drive improvements in reliability, observability standards, and deployment workflows while mentoring senior engineers
- Contribute to platform modernization efforts and establish clear paths for deployment and monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering with experience in serverless and Kubernetes environments
- Strong AWS expertise and advanced Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform preferred)
- Proven track record of improving reliability and reducing operational toil
- Experience with observability tooling and CI/CD pipeline design
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering
