Principal DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing DevOps organization, the full-time Principal DevOps Engineer will lead technical execution of platform initiatives, enhance engineering standards, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency while working remotely from Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Architects to implement platform strategy and lead technical design for serverless and Kubernetes environments
- Drive improvements in incident management, observability standards, and deployment workflows
- Mentor senior engineers and influence engineering practices across teams
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering
- Strong expertise in AWS services and Kubernetes/EKS environments
- Proven track record of improving reliability and reducing operational toil
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Familiarity with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus
