Principal DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and strategic, the remote Principal DevOps Engineer will lead the evolution of cloud-native infrastructure, driving infrastructure strategy, optimizing cloud spend, and defining best practices across deployment, observability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Kubernetes platforms, managing EKS clusters with modern best practices
- Standardize deployments using Helm to enable scalable and consistent application management
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring reproducible infrastructure-as-code
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE experience, including 2+ in a senior or principal-level role
- Deep experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, and IAM
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficient with Helm for application lifecycle management
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt
