Principal DevSecOps Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DevSecOps Architect to lead enterprise-level cloud and DevSecOps architecture across federal programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for business development pursuits, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Define and own cloud architecture and DevSecOps strategy for proposals and active delivery programs
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring senior engineers, and guiding modernization efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent senior-level experience (at least 15 years)
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or technical architecture
• Demonstrated success in winning federal contracts and developing solutioning strategies
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of secure delivery and compliance-driven environments
