Principal Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and roadmap for the Hosting Product Group, the fully remote Principal Digital Product Manager will define strategy and annual commitments for cloud, compute & storage, and mainframe products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for approximately 20 digital products, ensuring alignment with priority outcomes
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs, influencing business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery acceleration

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product scoping, discovery, and backlog ownership for digital products
• Proven experience in coaching and leading global teams for at least 5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and human-centered design principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
