Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced microelectronics packages including 3DHI and novel material solutions for various products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance electro-mechanical performance and reliability
• Participate in the complete product development lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring design objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in circuit layout design using 2D CAD tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Knowledge of high-density microelectronic packaging designs and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Experience with 3D Mechanical CAD modeling and analysis tools
