Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced microelectronics packages including 3DHI, 3D, and 2.5D solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage novel materials for improved electro-mechanical performance
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from initial concepts to test and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with mechanical and electrical engineering design
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Experience performing circuit layout design using 2D CAD tools
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials
