Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal - Emerging Payments to support its emerging technology efforts and drive the strategy and development of innovative payment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize emerging payment trends and technologies aligned with the strategic roadmap
• Lead the development of multi-year payment strategies, including business cases and market analysis
• Manage high-impact initiatives to modernize payment capabilities and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking technology
• Extensive knowledge of digital payments, card networks, and emerging payment rails
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level visibility
• Experience with credit unions or community banks is preferred
