Job Summary

Leading the design and activation of strategic enablement programs, the full-time remote Principal Enablement Program Manager will elevate the performance of Workday's Solution Consulting organization by translating business needs into impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted voice of Solution Consulting stakeholders, aligning business needs with learning objectives and ensuring executive sponsorship throughout program lifecycles
  • Orchestrate and activate enablement plans that support role relevancy, ensuring quality and alignment of program content across regions
  • Communicate enablement plans and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure flagship program success
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement or learning & development, particularly with technical audiences such as Solution Consultants or Sales Engineers
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional enablement programs at a global scale
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong consultative orientation with experience in managing intake and prioritization decisions
  • Adept at collaborating across functions and validating the voice of the field to ensure program relevance
