Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer Endpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint agent issues on Windows and macOS in enterprise environments
- Investigate endpoint behavior using logs and diagnostics to identify root causes and validate fixes
- Reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments and work with customers to resolve advanced endpoint issues
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoint agents in enterprise environments
- 6+ years in a senior individual contributor role such as L3 Support Engineer or Endpoint Engineer
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting endpoint agent behavior and resolving interoperability issues with security tools
- Kernel-level understanding of Windows and macOS internals
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
