Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer Endpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint agent issues on Windows and macOS in enterprise environments
  • Investigate endpoint behavior using logs and diagnostics to identify root causes and validate fixes
  • Reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments and work with customers to resolve advanced endpoint issues
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoint agents in enterprise environments
  • 6+ years in a senior individual contributor role such as L3 Support Engineer or Endpoint Engineer
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting endpoint agent behavior and resolving interoperability issues with security tools
  • Kernel-level understanding of Windows and macOS internals
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
