Key Responsibilities

• Lead improvements on the company's custom battery dispatch model and support market research and finance efforts
• Analyze ERCOT BESS dashboard performance, track bidding trends, and suggest trading strategies
• Build models from internal and external data to reveal trends and drive strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in energy market modeling and analytics
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of energy market dynamics
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
