Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in nonprofit or political fundraising or related roles
• Experience with major donor pipelines and principal-driven outreach processes
• Strong judgment in prioritizing donor opportunities
• CRM experience and comfort using data to inform decisions
• Excellent organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments
