Job Summary

Driving large-scale, high-risk engagements, the remote Principal Engagement Manager will leverage expertise to assess project impacts, ensure strategic alignment, and mentor junior team members while managing governance, timelines, and financials.

Key responsibilities

• Assess project impacts and build cross-functional relationships to enhance brand visibility
• Lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing risks and changes
• Coach and mentor junior Engagement Managers, fostering team collaboration and customer success

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management and engagement leadership
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-risk projects with multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of governance, stakeholder alignment, and quality assurance processes
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members in a professional setting
• Familiarity with the Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance for project delivery
