Principal Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Driving large-scale, high-risk engagements, the contract Principal Engagement Manager will oversee project governance, stakeholder alignment, and team mentorship while working remotely to ensure strategic alignment and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise to assess project impacts and build cross-functional relationships to enhance brand presence
• Manage engagement governance, including timeline, scope, risk, and financials, while ensuring accountability for project outcomes
• Coach and mentor junior engagement managers, leading complex projects in collaboration with service partners

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Expertise in governance, stakeholder alignment, and change management processes
• Strong background in customer engagement and transformation execution
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members in a project environment
• Familiarity with the Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance for project delivery
