Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer to lead architecture decisions and build core features for their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and select the technology stack for the core platform
• Build core features for the MVP, including APIs and frontend integrations
• Implement coding standards, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally full-stack
• Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch
• Strong experience in backend and systems design (Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar)
• Solid experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
