Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering role
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technology teams
- Proven ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Active participation and leadership in the broader technology community
