Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer to lead a high-performing team focused on eCommerce performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate a clear technical and execution strategy that aligns with company-wide goals
• Organize and lead agile ceremonies while managing scope, timelines, and priorities
• Serve as a senior technical contributor, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 7 years or more of engineering experience
• 5 years or more of technical team leadership experience
• Experience in a SaaS product company with technical leadership for a small team
• Full-stack software engineering experience in Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Node.js, or Python
• Proven leadership delivering complex software projects through full development lifecycles
