Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer with expertise in back-end, big data, AI/ML, and fintech or proptech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of back-end services, data platforms, and AI/ML models
• Coach and mentor engineers, providing professional training and direct mentorship
• Plan and ensure efficient project delivery by setting clear expectations and delegating tasks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or a relevant bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Strong experience in back-end, microservice, API-driven, and data platform engineering
• Experience with AWS services and technologies related to credit reporting or fintech
• Proficient in general-purpose programming languages such as Go and Python
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading product and business strategy
