Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Staff Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and design product blueprints while ensuring stakeholder management
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs, focusing on functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide development leadership on Emerging Payments platforms and drive best practices within the department

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, and OpenShift
• Experience with distributed systems, Node, React, Java/J2EE, and Spring Boot Microservices
• Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, along with performance tuning skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar messaging systems
