Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer who will serve as a hands-on technical expert and strategic team leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivates and inspires the team to deliver customer support for Maintenance and Managed Services contracts
• Documents team performance and ensures targets are exceeded
• Collaborates with engineers, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and manages escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related education and work experience
• 5 years' experience supporting applicable technology hardware and software
• Superior skill in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of general business applications
• Experience in team leadership and familiarity with voice and data equipment and technologies
