Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Engineer will design and deliver scalable solutions across multiple platforms, lead technical design sessions, and enforce architecture standards while collaborating with IT leadership.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Lead technical design sessions and coach IT teams on best practices
Analyze and resolve complex escalated issues, providing third-level operational support

Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in operations or platform engineering
Experience mentoring and coaching technical teams for over 10 years
Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience in road mapping, blueprinting, and risk assessment using emerging technologies
