Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of key systems within an enterprise software platform, the full-time Principal Engineer will build and enhance Orinoco's capabilities, streamline operations, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise capabilities and user-facing workflows within Orinoco
• Architect integrations between corporate and production environments, ensuring data integrity
• Automate workflows related to employee onboarding and offboarding to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven experience designing scalable platforms for multiple teams
• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service applications and cloud software integration
• Background in designing and publishing APIs
• Experience in a technically-forward organization with compliance knowledge
