Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Principal Engineer to lead architectural innovation and strategic technical direction in a full-time remote role, responsible for defining architectural vision, establishing technical governance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems in alignment with business strategy
• Establish patterns and frameworks that ensure quality, resilience, and operational excellence across the organization
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction and drive adoption of scalable practices

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep architectural expertise
• Proven track record of influencing technical strategy and delivering cross-organizational initiatives
• Experience with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Go, and full-stack capabilities with modern frontend frameworks
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools
• Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineering talent and drive improvements in developer experience
