Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the technical realization of AI-powered solutions, the full-time Principal Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions while defining enterprise architecture and ensuring business initiatives translate into scalable outcomes, with responsibilities shared between hands-on execution and architectural leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven and automation solutions across business processes, ensuring rapid delivery of high-impact use cases
• Define and evolve the enterprise AI platform architecture, translating business needs into end-to-end solution architectures and ensuring compliance with architecture principles
• Establish and lead the Architecture Review Board, enforcing the use of approved platforms and reusable components to drive standardization and prevent tool proliferation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, or platform engineering
• Proven experience in building and delivering production-grade solutions with a hands-on approach
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, automation frameworks, and API development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and ERP
