Job Summary
To support a transformative consumer product initiative, the full-time Principal Engineer will tackle complex technical challenges, set the technical direction for a 30-person engineering team, and enhance engineering practices through mentorship and hands-on coding.
Key responsibilities
- Own and solve the most challenging technical problems from architecture to deployment
- Establish technical direction and pressure-test major decisions within the engineering organization
- Promote AI-assisted development practices and elevate engineering standards through design and code reviews
