Principal Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer for a remote, full-time position, who will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, guiding Fortune 500 clients in transitioning to AI-augmented engineering productivity while defining the architecture for agentic workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement architectural strategies for AI-augmented engineering in regulated industries
- Engage with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions and consult on industry best practices
- Design development processes that leverage AI systems for code generation while ensuring human validation
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer with a focus on agentic solutions
- Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week and engage with clients effectively
