Principal Engineer, AI Agents

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer - Tech Lead Manager, AI Agents for ML Infra.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term technical roadmap for AI agents within the ML infrastructure
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers
• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI agentic systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership
• Strong programming proficiency in Python
• Experience building and maintaining systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrated experience in building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or related generative AI technology
