Principal Engineer, AI Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the shared AI/ML platform, including architecture and governance
• Lead the engineering function across the Intelligence Pillar, managing tech leads and supporting their growth
• Co-lead the internal AI Guild, driving the shift toward a self-service model across the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior or principal roles
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring domain or team-level tech leads
• Experience working within or alongside internal developer platform models
• Strong understanding of self-service principles
