Principal Engineer, AI Platform
Job Summary
Seeking a Full Stack Principal Engineer for the AI Platform team, this full-time role will architect, build, and scale AI-driven systems, requiring a Ph.D. in a relevant field and extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of core components of the AI Platform
- Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including scalable APIs and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a Master's degree from a Tier I institution
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable production systems
- Proven experience in software architecture, system design, and providing technical leadership
- Strong frontend experience with React or TypeScript and backend experience with Python or Go
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
