Job Summary
Owning the technical strategy and architecture, the full-time Principal Engineer, AI Security Governance will lead the delivery of the AI Security Governance Program, focusing on building and maturing security controls while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Security Governance Program across five control pillars
- Architect and deploy security controls for enterprise-AI and platform-AI tracks, ensuring distinct governance paths
- Drive the transition from manual security operations to AI-automated workflows, enhancing operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in security and software engineering, with a focus on technical leadership
- Deep expertise in AI security, including LLM and generative-AI threats and AI governance frameworks
- Strong architecture and engineering skills in cloud and SaaS environments, with hands-on control implementation experience
- Experience with data security tooling and identity/entitlement controls
- Ability to translate complex technical risks into narratives suitable for executive and board-level audiences
